The Alpine region, a mashup of French, Italian, Swiss, German, and Austrian cultures, offers endless opportunities to apply creative instincts.  Backed by an incredibly dense and varied book of wine, liqueurs and amaro from the region we employ a conscious interpretation of timeless food traditions, not exactly traditional food.  It is familiar and at the same time surprising, a focused and uniquely inspired addition to the Atlanta fine dining scene.
